How do I schedule my free estimate?
-Schedule with us by selecting the Contact Us page in the menu bar of the website. You are able to fill out the contact information! One of our representatives will return your request between 9:00 am- 9:00 pm, 7 days a week. Feel free to also give us a call at (614) 593 - 5609 or reach out by email at GentleTouch614@gmail.com
Do I need to be home?
-We do not require you to be home. If you do not plan on being present, please provide a way for us to enter the premise, whether that be through a lock box or garage code. We do ask that if you are not going to be home that any animals are put away as well.
Should I prepare for your arrival?
- We appreciate you to pick up clutter and clear surfaces you would like cleaned. For instance, if you’d like desks cleaned, please remove all of the clutter so we have access to it.
Policies
1. If it is broken, we cannot clean it. For example, if a sink or toilet is clogged we are not able to clean it.
2. If we see insects or pests such as bed bugs, cockroaches, mice etc. we leave immediately. The full service charge is non-refundable, however with proof of extermination we will return to finish the cleaning for a $50.00 return fee.
3. We do not clean paper work areas. If you would like desks to be cleaned they must be clear of paper clutter. This is for your safety and protection of privacy.
4. We do not do yard work or clear garage spaces. Gentle Touch is a cleaning service designed for worked or lived in areas only. The spaces to be cleaned will be outlined in the estimate for each client.
5. A $50.00 cancellation fee is charged if cancelled within 24 hours of service. This is because we reserve each client a specific slot for a service, if canceled then it's unable to be refill.
Assurance
Gentle Touch Cleaning Service's makes sure to care for our customers' safety. We make sure that all of our service techs are nationally background checked. During the in-person interviews, we make sure to check for their responsibility as well as friendliness. Someone that is easy to communicate with and that we believe you will come to love!
